Medicare Supplement & Part D

Medicare Supplement Insurance (Medigap) and Part D Prescription Coverage Options

Medicare Supplement plans, also known as Medigap, help pay for costs that Original Medicare doesn't cover, like deductibles, coinsurance, and copays. You can see any doctor who takes Medicare, and you can also buy a plan Part D that helps pay for prescription drugs. At Ben Williams Insurance Group in Springfield, GA, our agents can help you enroll in the best Medicare Supplement plan for you and Part D coverage.

What is Medicare Supplement Plan?

Paired with Original Medicare, a Medicare Supplement plan gives you the most flexibility and the lowest out-of-pocket costs. Cost depends on your age, gender, where you live, how much you smoke, and whether or not your household is eligible for discounts. A Medicare Supplement Insurance policy (Medigap) can help pay for some of the remaining costs of health care, like coinsurance, deductibles, and copayments.

Cover Prescription Drug Costs with Medicare Part D

In addition to your Medicare Supplement plan, you can also buy a prescription plan Part D, if you need coverage for your prescription drugs. Medicare Part D is optional, which means that you can choose whether or not to join a plan. If you sign up for Part D, you will be able to get prescription drugs at a lower price.

You are eligible for Medicare Part D when you first become eligible for Medicare at the age of 65. You can consult with one of our agents, who will be happy to explain Medicare options.
