Meet Agency Owner Ben Williams

Ben Williams Insurance Group is owned and operated by Ben Williams. He was originally from Gwinnett County until he met his wife Jennifer, a lifelong resident of Effingham County, at the University of Georgia. She brought him down here 25 years ago, and he fell in love with the county and people here.

Ben has earned multiple prestigious designations, including his PLCS (Personal Lines Coverage Specialist) and his SBCS (Small Business Coverage Specialist) designations from the Hartford School of Insurance. He also has over 20 years of medical experience, making him an invaluable asset when looking for Medicare coverage.


Ben Williams Insurance Group is located in Springfield, GA. Our mission is to provide the residents of Effingham County with the coverage they need at a price they can afford with unmatched customer service!


Ben and Jennifer have two children, Megan and Braden. Jennifer is a pharmacist in her hometown of Springfield. They enjoy swimming with the dog, playing tennis, and cheering on the Georgia Dawgs.
